oh, if it was the other way around shark's post would've been about 5 times as nasty as that one, so I find the insensitive whining rather amusing really.
I have no opinion one way or the other, I am sure the ban was a well deserved one, but shark also provided plenty of entertainment and I personally take no joy in seeing him gone.
You guys are so mean! I know Cam can be a bit hard to get on with at times if you don't understand his personality, but I personally had no issues with him nor will I. He may have been what he was, and I'm sure they had their reasons, but there are people who still think he is a nice person once you get to know him. After all, we all have our mean sides, we all can be rude at times, but that doesn't mean anything. We're all human, and we make mistakes. Give him a break. I think Cam was a nice person, apart from everything else, and he was funny and cool to talk to! At least that's what I experienced with him. But I guess it's the fact that I have a different kind of sense of humor than a majority of the zone population. Of course, I don't go making trouble, (I haven't even been on for a while), but some people on here just make me laugh! This is why I love the zone!
For a zone that doesn't want to be your parent. They sure do a great parental job. With all of the brains in this place, couldn't there be a way that certain keywords (racial and such( be omited on board posts and on quicknotes? A censorship of sorts.
I'd also like to include in my rant a policy change that if a user is banned, any unused percentage of their premium membership be refunded to them.

its disappointed to see cammyShark gone from zone for good. even though he can be a pain at times for other users, but he provides great entertainment. look at the qn for these few weeks, its different without him. the whole zone is different. the only thing that is change after Shark gone on zone, we witness more retarded people around, such as that very extremely retarded pocket toothpick, and most of us lower our own IQ level just to be entertain by his retarded soul. i truely think, he's the most retarded person i've ever come across in my life.

I agree with Shea. Why refund a person's money because they didn't have the sense to follow the TOS?
NO refunds will be given, and that is clearly stated in the T.O.S. As you had to agree to these terms to begin with, had you actually read them, you would even be aware of this fact before being banned. For your reading pleasure, here is the term that applies.
If a user does not adhere to any required term, response will be at the discression of a Community Leader or Site Administrator. Responses may include warnings, temporary or permanent bans from the website or associated services, etc. Refunds will not be given in such circumstances.
As for Cam's bann, yeah, he's amusing at times, but rules are rules, as quite a few have already stated. He broke them several times to varying degrees, and now gets to suffer the consiquences. Some more mature people actually figure out that this is how life works, and some others never can or will get it. You can do whatever you want in life, just be prepared to face the consiquences of whatever your actions are. In this case, it's a bannn with no refund.
um, how did Thom ranting about refunds turn in to Cam wanting his premium money back? i haven't herd from him or anywhere else that he does want it back, cause he knows it wouldn't happen anyway. just sayin.
